Feature image / thumbnail color issue

I was testing last night and uploaded a featured image to a blog post. I totally changed the colors of the photo and gave a it an orange hue. It does it for the thumbnails too.

I wanted to make you aware of the issue. For people like me, pictures are very important.

I dont know… I can see it. Im on brand new 6 day old calibrated mac. I did check it on my boyfriends old laptop and cant see the difference, only on the mac. Hmm
