No problem in forwarding this to Ed, but don’t see the point saying things without having facts. I logged in using the sftp details and check the directories and didn’t found any issue, and probably David also logged in.

    Hi there,

Those errors are solely with WooCommerce – the theme has no influence over that, i’d suggest you raise this with WooCommerce support.

    Thanks,

    Hi Ed –

Not sure if you saw the the NEIGHBORHOOD ERROR on page 1 – which is still not resolved:

[Mon Dec 12 04:08:03.237747 2016] [:error] [pid 11796] [client 45.79.210.57:62825] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /nas/content/live/trackslayer/wp-content/themes/neighborhood/index.php on line 1

I have attached a screen capture.

    Thank you in advance,

    Barbara

    Hi Barbara,

That isn’t an error with the theme as such – get_header() is a standard WooCommerce function, and the fact that it is undefined when the theme file tries to call it means that there is something wrong before the theme has loaded.

It means that is part of the WordPress core, that is loaded before the plugins or the themes.

Maybe your WordPress installation is corrupted somehow(some missing file) and it’s better to upload the WordPress installation files again.
