Am receiving the following error when attempting to login to my site.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare activate_swiftframework() (previously declared in /home/starti15/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swiftframework/swift-framework.php:32) in /home/starti15/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/swift-framework.php on line 34

This steps that led up to this error are as follows:

1. Re-enabled previous theme
2. Updated home page to previous HTML (removing pagebuilder components “parrallax” and “spacer”)
3. Re-enabled Cardinal Theme
Note: At this point the Swift plugin was showing “deactivated”
5. Re-activated Swift plugin

When I selected “return to plugins page” I received a white page with the above error.

Please advise on how to recover site.
