    Hi
    Please I need help, wen I tray to install Flexform it came the below error:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5095356 bytes) in /home/netpointco/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 4219

    Hi,

    It seems that your server is running out of memory. You need to adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file

    Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.

    Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.

    Hi Ruin I follow your indication and I increase the memory to the max (define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );) but stil the same error when I tray to install the theme:
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5095356 bytes) in /home/netpointco/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 4219

    Please, any other suggestion

    Hi,
    Please contact to hosting provider to resolve this issue. Because sometimes only hosting provider can increase the memory limit.

    The hosting provide as increase the memory limit, see the image, but still the same error:

    At the moment saw that your site is clean without plugins and our theme.

    what was the problem?

    On the installation theme request some plugin, that I installed but one is:
    This theme recommends the following plugin: Revolution Slider. This is a paid plugin, but the Flexform not suppose come with 3 slider option? But I not see it.
