Hi, I am getting this error on my cart page. It seems to happen when not logged in to wordpress.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SwiftPageBuilderShortcode_spb_icon_box in /homepages/23/d520281704/htdocs/wordpress-primalsnackbox/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/page-builder/shortcodes/icon-box.php on line 70

Add a product to the cart and you will see the error. If you don’t, then try to change the quantity in the cart and click ‘update cart’. Theme is up to date as well as swift framework. I am not using a child theme and I have not edited any php files. Please can you check asap!

    Thanks

    Mark

    Hi,
I checked with this product http://primalsnackbox.co.uk/product/savannah-one-off/ and seems perfect to me. Just check the attachment.

Hi Mohammad, did you go to cart page and then try to adjust the quantity? You should then see the error.

    1. Open a incognito window
    2. add a product to the cart
    3. adjust the quantity, click update cart – the whole cart disappears
    4. Click the cart icon in nav – fatal error appears

Please can you tell me what you have changed?

I am still seeing the error on a mac and windows. I tried deleting and re uploading the swift framework plugin but still getting the error. Can anyone else of the support try as well? What did you do to think you had fixed it?

Not sure what my colleague did. In the meantime can you provide me ftp access in a private reply.
That kind can only occur if somehow there is more than one instance of the same plugin installed.

Mohammad can you update this ticket with what you done in your intervention.
    Thanks
