Fatal error before updating theme

Hi there,

Since one hour this morning, my website doesn’t appear anymore…

I was going to update Neighborhood to 1.8 version when I noticed that all my plugins had disappear.

When I try to go on my website, I get a message starting with:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_cart_url() on a non-object in … etc.

In the mean time, I updated the theme as I read on another post, but it didn’t change anything.

Can you help me solve this please?

Hi,
Please upgrade woocommerce plugin before upgrade to theme. Hope that should resolve the issue automatically.

Hi,

Thanks. Woocommerce was already updatet to its latest version when I wanted to update Neighborhood, but all the plugins were down before I even tried the update.

I thus had no choice but to restore the website entirely.

Do you know where the problem of all the plugins (including woocommerce) suddenly disappearing from the website (even though I couldn’t re-install them because the files already existed on the servor) could come from?

Hi,

That’s strange, it could be some plugin with malicious code or any vulnerability in your hosting and you suffered an attack.

Since you restore a backup, there is any issue at this moment you need with the Neighborhood theme?
