WP 3.5.1
After install i have this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare aq_resize() in /var/www/u6323201/public_html/n-corp.ru/wp-content/themes/flexform/includes/plugins/aq_resizer-1x.php on line 5

Please, help.

Hi,

Do you have the Aqua Resizer plugin installed? If so, please disable it as the theme is already using it.
