    Is there a shortcode for FAQs I can use in the “Modal 4 Content” section of the theme options so I don’t have to hand-type out all of the FAQs in the box? Since I already loaded them all in the FAQs section of the theme?

    Hi

    Add the FAQ element to a page, switch to visual editor and copy the shortcode. Not sure if it will display well in the modal but you can try

    How do we add a FAQ element to a page ? I want to do the same as above but I’m not able to find the shortcode.

    Hi

    It’s in the page builder, enable the page builder on your page and under Elements you’ll see FAQ
