    I’m working on reinstalling my site with a fresh installation of all software. I imported all of the settings and content from the old site.

    I only have on problem — the FAQs are not displaying on the page with the FAQ content bar. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

    Are you sure the faqs were imported? can you provide us access to the new site to have a look?

    I also tried removing all of the custom CSS in the settings to test if it was causing the problem, but it did not resolve it.

    Your FAQs must have a category assigned.

    If you view the FAQ taxonomy you will see none are assigned:

    Even though within your FAQ it appears to be assigned. I’d be guessing here that you have imported these/cloned the site? If so WordPress will change the IDs of the taxonomy on import.

    Bulk edit the posts and re-assign the categories to the FAQs to resolve this issue.
