    Hi,

I’m running WP in a subdirectory of my site (named /site), set to show at the root level, using a child theme based on Cardinal. After doing the last theme and framework updates, I can no longer access Swift Framework Shortcodes using the visual editor–everytime I click the shortcode icon I get a fatal error message indicating that /wp-load.php can’t be loaded. The path shown maps onto my domain root rather than the folder where WP loads. How can I change this so that the right file loads and it isn’t overwritten when I do updates?

    I appreciate the help.

    Best,
    Meagan

    Hi Meagan,

Can you add a WP login and your FTP details?

    Thanks.

Can you please confirm the WordPress admin login, it doesn’t seem to work? Also, the location of the theme in the FTP?

    Thanks,

    – Ed

    Hi Meagan,

The file wp-load.php does not exist within your root / – are you aware of this or have you have you moved it elsewhere as I do not see it in mentioned folders.

    Thanks.

    Hi Meagan,

Please use your FTP to delete the plugin Swift Framework.

Please then upload this zip file with the latest 1.7.7 version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v1an2fpylsvniqc/swift-framework.zip?dl=0.

Everything should be backwards compatible, I still run an older PHP version and do not see any errors.

We do not currently have a list of acceptable parameters I can provide, thanks for the feedback though.

    Thanks,
    David.
