Facebook Social icon is redirecting to mydomain.com/fanpageURL

It should be something like: facebook.com/fanpageURL

How can I correct this?

Maybe you didn’t place the https:// before the facebook page.
Give it a try.

What have you added in Theme Options => Social Profiles?

The Facebook URL needs to be fully qualified, ex: https://www.facebook.com/fanpageURL

I have the same exact problem with my page. I did it as David said, and it won’t work, it keeps redirecting me to mydomain.com/fanpageURL.

I did the https:// thing, and I also added my fanpage name=url to https://www.facebook.com/

What’s next to try?
