Facebook Sharing for Products ( No Pic )

Hey There dear Support team!

Few issues Im struggling form basic lay a long time!

1. When Sharing a product on Facebook, it want show a product image in some cases*
2. When Sharing a product on Facebook, it was showing a random dummy kind product description ( solved by my developer )

some cases* means most of the product want show the image just few works properly!

Need solution for this as just this one small issue holding me back form launching the site and start selling!

PS. And yes I have read all the articles on the forum already searched the support site “from cover to cover” none of the solution works for me, or maybe I’m doing something wrong!

Good question. I also tried to solve this problem. Installed plugins and manually upload images and add descriptions, but nothing good happened)))

I am having the same issue.

Just wondering, how did your developer get around the description issue?.. It’s really bugging me and I can’t understand why it’s a problem. Social media is key to the success of any e-store nowadays, so it’s weird to have a theme with a social media function that doesn’t work properly, not even in the site demos.

Any help on how you resolved it would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Yeah not just you thought! The theme it self its quite pricey compering to other on theme forest, and it seems like no one cares about the bug ( everything works perfect ) besides the Facebook sharing and few other elements! About the description, have no idea how the developer manage to do that all I know is that needed to pay him twice cost the theme, wonder who’s gonna give me my money back!

PS. I expect the theme to work properly when I pay for it or at least get some good support not saying “pleas tray to use some plugin” like in similar topics etc. Or if the Facebook doesn’t work pleas do not list that a s one of the features 🙂

Two weeks no hear from the support! Whats happening? Is anyone here doing something to help us? Shall I request my money back? I think I will and still use the theme until you support solve this problem!!! Advice to everyone to do the same!

The nextgen plugin did not work for me either, but I have worked out a solution!!!
