I’m trying to use an extra font class in the full width text block at the top of this page (http://www.beaconpointewai.com/clone/financial-tips) that begins with the text “We are passionate about sharing”.
This is font – custom-font-bad-script.
It was working fine and then stopped working.
The font is still appearing fine at the top of this page (http://www.beaconpointewai.com/clone/how-we-help) that begins with the text “We have a holistic approach to wealth advisory”.

It looks fine to me.
Can you try to clear the browser cache.

May 26, 2017 at 6:02 pm #326201Unfortunately, I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices and the correct font is still not showing up (see attached). The font should look like the text for “We have a holistic approach” on this page – http://www.beaconpointewai.com/clone/how-we-help/. And up until a couple days ago, it worked.

Will forward to our head developer.-Rui
May 28, 2017 at 11:28 pm #326261Hi there,
Are you still having this issue? This is what I see:
Same on Chrome and Safari. If you are having the issue, please let us know operating system and browser?

June 1, 2017 at 6:10 am #326646Yes, unfortunately I’m still not seeing the incorrect font (see attached). It works on my mobile device, but not on my machine in any browser – even after clearing cache. Multiple folks in our office are also seeing the same font as attached.
Could it be a Google font issue? I notice the font on my mobile device is close to ‘Bad Script’ but different.
Also, the font actually worked for about a week until it changed to what we see attached. Could there have been an update to the theme that could be causing this?

June 5, 2017 at 6:24 pm #327018Attached is the browser console view. The first error is from my Moz subscription. I’m not sure about the relevance of the bartender API.

June 7, 2017 at 4:02 pm #327467That was Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit). However, the font issue is occurring across IE and Firefox as well.
It worked fine for a week, then stopped. Was there a theme update recently?
Also, the Google font is displaying a bit differently in mobile. It’s not the correct font, nor is it the font that is displaying in the desktop version.
June 7, 2017 at 4:10 pm #327472What OS are you using?
What do you mean a bit differently? There should be no difference. Please add any screenshots.
June 7, 2017 at 8:56 pm #327553I’m using Windows 10.
June 8, 2017 at 9:52 pm #327760I believe I found a solution to the Google font not loading properly.
I created a copy of the Dante header file file and added it to the child theme. Then I loaded the code below to the file.
<link href=”https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Bad+Script” rel=”stylesheet”>
June 8, 2017 at 10:52 pm #327763Hmm, so that works on the browsers that weren’t working before?
