Really Is 4 month I cannot going ONLINE BECAUSE YOUR TEMPLATE IS NOT WORKING!!! I’m TOTALLY exhausted and stressed! all was fine now again after you **** update all not work again in the multi language addressing WPML shipping check out as before!! (is not recognize the ZIP codes, I spend with the stuff of WPML about a month they fix the issue by contacting me every week and now all this great work has GONE! what Hell is wrong with your software builder?? why don’t they deal with stuff os WPML why you put WPML COMPATIBLE IF IS NOT! WHYYYY!) really are you having good time to make you costumer ridiculous with theirs clients or what? in safari also the magnificent zoom not work any more 🙁
don’t know really what to do this all because you are not at all professional you don’t know what being professional mean! you so for from this dimension …

So you’d prefer it if we didn’t update our themes, not adding functionality, and providing support for when plugins such as WooCommerce completely change their structure?.. I think if you took a moment to think about how it would be if you were left high and dry without constant support then you’d soon realise that you probably have it better than you could imagine.
The theme is WPML compatible, and we have hundreds of users who use it. The issues you are having are clearly setup issues your side. If you provide details then we’ll be more than happy to check it out for you and assist where possible.

TITLE: THIS TEMPLATE IS NOT WORKING WITH WPML WHEN WE STETTING UP TABLE SHIPPING RATES THE CHECK OUT GET STUCK AND NOT FIND THE SHIPPING COST.

Really confused as to why you are taking this attitude with us, when the theme is working perfectly. As the WPML support assistant said, the bugs were with WPML.

March 12, 2014 at 11:39 pm #57109The stuff from WPML discovered an incompatibly with your theme with wocommerce multi language plug in and probably with other theme, then they update and fixed, and all was working well now after your last two updates nothing work well as before cash you try to check my website please and try to checkout with something please?

March 13, 2014 at 3:56 pm #57372I believe also you to be in touch with WPML stuff about my previous issue (Zip codec checkout) I believe this issue is coming out sometime in some condition of browser cash. So you should look both at this if there is some connection, I’m pretty sure once we open the shop online next week some costumer will have this issue.
I’m closing this ticket and cross mi fingers, that this will not happen again.
