    Sorry if this is an obvious one but, how do you control Post excerpt length?

    In the blog asset you can set the excerpt length in the options

    Are you referring to the excerpts for the posts on your blog page?

    So on the recent posts asset, click the pen icon to edit the options, then change the excerpt length
