Hello,
Following latest theme update, I am noticing odd page configuration errors with everything related to “PRODUCTS”.
When you go to the Page URL shown above,
the first half of the page looks just fine.
Then there is a Massive chunk of “blank space” following the display of Linked Products.
Then there is another Massive chunk of “blank space” following the display of Related Products. The Carousel arrows are not in line with these images either. This happens on almost all my pages where I have used “Shop Products” element within the Swift Page Builder.
Here is an example, https://wtfwtf.com.au/pages/privatecollection/All the pages looked aesthetically pleasing with no unnecessary spacings before the update.
Could you please kindly look into this and advise how it could be fixed? Thank you!November 1, 2015 at 7:23 am #224804This reply has been marked as private.November 2, 2015 at 10:15 am #224890Hi,
It seems you have an error in the javascript console, but the description of the error and his localization doesn’t help to figure out what it could be.
Can you disable all plugins except Woocommerce and test again?

November 3, 2015 at 3:21 am #225247Hi Rui,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I have tried disabling every plugin except Woocommerce.
Unfortunately, this spacing error with PRODUCTS elements still exist…Everything looked perfect just a few days ago – so this is very frustrating…!
Please kindly look into this. Thanks again.

I really hope you can help me with this. This is an e-commerce site, and I believe this may adversely affect my sales – so it would really be greatly appreciated if you could please help me fix this issue on showing the Products.
Thanks again.
November 3, 2015 at 12:03 pm #225363Hey,
We have a working fix for this, due for an auto update soon.
You can test this build using this theme version: http://d.pr/f/19qsr/62UCYYxs.
Do you have a dev site, it’s a better place to test updates before replicating on a live site.

November 5, 2015 at 6:24 am #226042Hi Kyle,
Instead of overwriting the existing files, I have renamed the existing files and uploaded the fixed version to test.
The fixed version, http://d.pr/f/19qsr/62UCYYxs did not fix the ‘Products elements’ issues I am experiencing. As the fixed version applied changes to the overall design of my website, I have reverted back to the existing theme files. One thing I have noticed is that on this existing files, error occurs only on some pages.
For instance, this page looks perfectly fine:
https://wtfwtf.com.au/home/home/bamboo-silk-socks/shade-of-grey-1-pair/However, errors are evident on this page:
https://wtfwtf.com.au/home/home/bamboo-silk-print/wild-horse-print-t-shirt/Spacing below ‘YOU MAY ALSO LIKE’ and again below ‘RELATED PRODUCTS’
I am very happy with the theme, except for these errors. Could you please kindly look into this to resolve it?
Thanks again!November 6, 2015 at 11:22 am #226567Hi,
We are aware of that spacing issue and do have it fixed for the next update, though the zip file with the new beta theme has resolved it for everyone I am not sure why it has not on your site – did you clear your browser cache?
– The best option is to either a) ask your hosting provider to setup a developer site for you(and us) to safely test updates on b) wait for the official auto update to be released.
Thanks,
David.November 6, 2015 at 6:08 pm #226773Hi, not to repeat the post with same problem in a new post, I have same issue since update, in home page and in related products, same as you describe!
Thanks
Pedro

Thanks for getting back to me.
Could you please advise when the official auto update will be released? If the release is coming up soon, I’d prefer to wait for that. Otherwise, I will have to look into getting a dev site developed as per your suggestion.
Thanks again.
