Error Uploading Custom Font

Custom Font Uploading is not working

I see this mesage when try to upload the font

“There was an error converting your font: You font could not be converted at this time. Please try again later.”

When I press ok it just freezes there and the “Please wait..” bar stays on screen.

I tried disabling all the plugins, it does not help
I have another site based on the cardinal too, and it works fine…

Hi –

Love the theme, but I am having the same issue with the fonts not uploading. Tried a work around with a plug-in that has helped everything except the header/menu. Can you tell me the code? I was using #menu-main-nav, #menu which worked until just a few hours ago.

Hi @Mik_mo

Unfortunately we are still waiting for Redux to fix this issue, regrettably it is out of our hands. In the meantime, you can workaround the issue by manually uploading the fonts. All you need to do is upload all the font files manually through ftp or your server tools at

>wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/fontname

Then you should be able to select the font in the Font Options.
