    Hello,

    I have installed and enabled the theme Joyn. When I wanted to install and activate another theme I’ve had a bug that did not allow me to access the dashboard of wordpress.
    The error is as follows

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function sf_gopricing_list () in/usr/home/ClGka3Zpz10X/alexito.gq/web/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/page-builder/shortcodes/gopricing.php on line 53

    I need to activate the theme IgnitionDeck 500 to install the IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding plugin. Once I installed able to reactivate the issue Joyn.

    I can access the ftp but still can’t reach your site or wp-admin.

    It seems something related to the domain dns, I’m accessing from Portugal do you have your site blocked from other countries?

    Did you moved the DNS recently?

    Better to check with the hosting company this Domain DNS issue.

    Hi,

    You are having again DNS problems, the name can’t be resolved.
    Check again with your hosting. This way we can’t reach the admin area.
