Hi, i can’t upload a custom font, whats the problem?

Yes it still happens. In Google Chrome.

Why is this?

I still don’t see the right font, Tempus Sans ICT. I have upload the font files serveral times, and in the beginning its shown, and after a while it is gone.

Hi,

Just checked with the development team and this is an issue in the theme options framework that we use(ReduxFramework)
They are trying to find a solution for this but has an alternative method you can upload using ftp the fonts to the web server.

you just need to the files to the redux folder in wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/font-name

Just replace the font-name by the font name you are uploading(without any spaces), after that refresh the fonts page options and you should see there that font.

The problem is not that i can’t upload the font. It crashed sometimes but i can upload the font via the theme options in my backend.

I have upload the font via ftp. I see the font and i can put it to work. But it doesn’t load fine at the front end. Look at my screenshot, still the same.

It’s looking fine to me.
Try to clear the browser cache and also try in a different browser.

Hi!

I have tried it on different devices and laptops. The external font doesn’t work correctly. On some pages it will show oke, but on a lot of pages it doesn’t show right.

And if i upload the font, the same day its oke, and after a while is the problem back.

Is there an solution?

Any specific pages you can provide where this is not showing? For me it’s working fine.
