    Hi,

    I have an issue with the checkout. The spinner keeps loading but after refreshing the page (by f5 or clicking again on the page) the product is in the basket. Please check yourself.

    I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them. this is not solving the issue. I have tried everything from woocommerce and wordpress. I think the issue is related to overwrited theme template files.. Do you have a solution? People cannot go Yo checkout (only when they refresh)

    Hi,

    It is not working for me. It is only the very first time you visit the page (so not logged-in, not with the same session within that browser), if you go to incognito and try the very first time to add something it loads for ever… (as soon as you reload the page, it works.)

    If you do not support third party plugins, you indicate that it has to do something with this one page checkout plugin right? why isn’t it on your side?

    Its working fine as i checked it many times. Our default shopping system is working fine. Something related with plugin.
