Email form – landing error

Hi there,

When you click on the email icon located in the header, whatever page you are viewing from the email form does shows up, but the icon turns into an X and the rest of the page you were on shows up below the email/ contact form. My web guy did something before and fixed it but whenever I update my site it changes back.

Could you please fix it so it will operate correctly- clicking on the email icon and having it land on the contact page only- even after an update?

By default when you click the icon, the form will appear in an overlay. Does this not function correctly as expected on your site?

Please add the icon so we can view this?

My apologies, my web guy took off the email icon. It is back on now.

Would you please take another look and try to fix?

That’s the default behaviour of the contact widget icon. I replaced it by a text shortcode and added some html and custom css.

and addedd this css.

.contact-menu-button{
    font-size: 24px!important;
    height: 24px;
}

Hope it helps.

Replace the previous css by this one

Hi,

You have added the icons, but no link to the icon?

Looking at your code, I can see custom HTML meaning this is a customisation. Please contact the person that did this for you.
