You need to renew your support license to get hands on support from staff.

Without this, I can only recommend you update all theme/plugins and re-test or disable all plugins so only WooCommerce & Swift Framework are active and re-test.

Have you got a new license key, maybe add that to your profile.

Your profile shows as expired, this normally updates every three hours depending on the Envato api.

What email address did you purchase support with I will double check also.

If the issue remains, please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

Hi,
I found the plugin, that is causing the wrong behaviour. It is “WPML String Translation”. But this one is needed for multi-language support.

Try to reach WPML about this to see if they determine the reason and you can always disable it temporarily just to make any changes.
