Edit Text Block problems in Swift page builder mode

I recently had someone install a Pinpoint theme for me. The problem is that I cannot edit text because there are no options for Bold, Italics, Style, etc. I have used this theme for another site and I did not have this problem. Attached are two screen shots. One shows what I see and the other shows what I expected to see. Can you please tell me how enable or add this functionality? It is a plug-in? It is setting that I have to change?

I have the same problem occur after my recent updates. I have deactivated all plugins and removed all custom CSS, but it has not changed.

the theme has not been officially approved to be compatible with WordPress 3.9 as per our compatibility list on this page

Hi there,

WordPress 3.9 compatibility was added the day it was released (Pinpoint v1.62). Please update to that version. If you still have issues then clear your browser cache, and disable plugins to find the cause (as it won’t be the theme at fault).

@CKennard – please clear your browser cache, and if no go it will very much likely be down to an issue with plugins, so try disabling any active.

i have the same problem at the Text block in the Swift page builder.
i cant see the text at the Visuel and when i selected it has the the text balises.

I dissable all the plugins, clear the browser cache and update the theme.
The problem still.
