Duplicate Thumbnail in Blog Overview Page

I know I’m probably missing something here, but I need some help. I have blog posts where I set a featured image. Since I do not want a huge image on the actual blog post page, I set the “Detail Media Options” to none. In the “Thumbnail Options” tab, I left it as image.

The problem is that some of these thumbnails are showing up twice in the masonry blog page <http://www.rivera.com/dev/category/latest-news/page/2/&gt; I’ve also uploaded a screenshot pointing out a few examples.

Any ideas how to fix this? Is there a setting I’m missing?
