Download don't work

I have create a page with a button for download :http://merio.fr/documentations/
But when you clik on, I have this page information: http://merio.fr/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/2014/05/XENDER-RECTO-FR.pdf

I have already change the permission (CHMOD file: 644 and folder: 755) but it doesn’t work always!

How to do?

Please check with your hosts about the error, it is not a theme issue. It is probably something to do with your permissions

I understand, the first thing I did was to just change the permissions, but nothing works.
Already, is that writing my shortcode is good, and make sure that as the download should work?

And according to you and your experience, what is the problem?

I’ve copied the link to the PDF and typed it in my address bar, which brings up the error. Therefore it is nothing to do with the shortcode. You will find if you switch to another theme, and try and go to the PDF link: http://merio.fr/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/2014/05/XENDER-RECTO-FR.pdf it still wont work.
