Double social

I used jetpack, because I liked the way the social sharing icons looked on my portfolio pages. I can not remove the old icons that go with the theme. I can not find where they are. You can see what I am talking about here: http://www.kellyannraverdesign.com/?portfolio=bellinis-menu-layout

I am not talking about the icons in my footer. I am talking about the ones that are below the text on the right of the page. They overlap and look funny. I want them completely removed. I only want to use the ones there that are with Jetpack. Could you please assist me in this matter? Thank you.
