Hi,

This means you need to update the template files within the child theme, you will need to get the latest files from the parent theme.

In this case it is likely the header.php and footer.php and any WooCommerce related files.

i just need to copy the header.php and footer.php to child theme ?
sorry im not sure what you mean, i dont think i have many files in child theme. and no header.php and footer.php there.

It seems from what we see in your site that you have an older version of the header.php and footer.php

Can you provide admin access to check it?

Hi,

1) Please update WordPress: http://www.sneakavilla.net/wp-admin/update-core.php

2) Please update the parent theme here: http://www.sneakavilla.net/wp-admin/themes.php.

3) Within your child theme you will need to replace the files content-single-product.php and content-product.php and page.php – replace those with the new files from the parent theme. You will need to check and re-add any custom changes.
