    Can I create a page builder override class to change the “divider color” to #c16a22 by using custom CSS and adding something to the “Extra class name” field when editing the divider? If so, what would the CSS look like?

    Please just insert extra class and use this code:-
    .yourExtraClass{color:#c16a22 !important;background:#c16a22 !important;}
