I have a display problem that just developed in the last few days. I have deactivated all plugins that had been added or updated since the problem began and it did not help. It seems to be somewhat arbitrary.

I have included screencaps of each screen/device. I am using Windows 7 64 bit and all of the screencaps were done in the latest version of Chrome. Mobile devices are an iPad 2 with latest OS and a Galaxy Note 4 with latest Android OS.

On my Dell Vostro, 17″ screen the site appears fine. When I drag the same Chrome tab to my NEC MultiSync LCD1760V screen, everything is moved off-center to the right.

On my iPad 2 in prortrait mode the site displays fine. In landscape it is pushed off-center to the right.

On my Android smartphone the site is centered but letterboxed in both portrait and landscape mode.

Thank you for your help and please let me know if you need more information.

    Hi,

You got some error caused by the Ads plugin.

Can you disable all the plugins and check how the site looks again? Clear the browser cache before testing.

Thanks for your response. I disabled all plugins and flushed the cache in wordpress and in my browser. It did not help the problem. But it did make the front page go off-center as well. The front page before that had been centered as usual.

I also took a couple scripts out of the footer file to see if that helped. But it didn’t. After re-enabling all the plugins, I disabled just the ads plugin. Flushed cache and tried different browsers. The off-center problem still persisted.

Thanks again and I hope you can help me get this problem resolved.

    Hi,

It seems to be related with your child theme modification.
Try to deactivate it and flush the cache and try again.
