    We are having an issue with video backgrounds and fallback images. In the editor, we can set Row backgrounds to videos and select an image as the fallback. However, many users experience the banner as being a half-loaded video moved slightly up, revealing the bottom half of the fallback image. The bug seems to occur when the users’ browser is maximized and goes away when they resize the window.

    Hey,

    I cannot replicate this. What browser or device are they using?

    Could you list the steps you do so I can try and replicate this?

    Thanks.

    Hi,
    I am operating on Windows 8, with the latest update to firefox 39.0.

    I navigate to coveroncase.com > then in the header navigation hoverover “explore” > then from there select any of the “series”. For example “VitaCase Series”.

    Oddly enough, once everything is cached, occasionally it loads correctly, but sometimes it displays whats in the example above.

    It seems to work perfectly as expected in Chrome or IExplorer.

    Thanks again

    What cache plugin are you using? Can you disable that, clear the browser cache and then try to replicate the issue?

    Thanks,
    David.

    I always use a private browsing window to check the site. So no caching was used when checking this issue. However, even when I cleared my browser cache and entire history just now and used a regular window, the issue still persisted.
    It doesn’t affect every explore page video every time. This time it took until the third explore page to see the same video/image issue.

    Hey,

    Awesome, I can replicate this using FireFox only.

    Can you try adding this CSS snippet:

    @-moz-document url-prefix() {
    .sf-parallax-video video {
        margin-top: auto !important;
    }
    }
