I’m trying to make a shop page using your pre-made shop pages. I would like to use the 5 col full with shop page, BUT the 5 col full with page is a url link and cannot be found under pages. I’ve therefore tried to use the 6 col full with shop page instead – since it’s a page – choosing it under woo commerce -> settings and Menus. But 1) the pictures are too big – how do I reduce them, and 2) I cannot find the ‘filter’ option anymore – how do I activate it again (like on your demo standard atelier page)? See shop page at my website: http://www.smoove.me/shop-6-columns-full-width/
Looking very much forward to hear from you.
Kind egards

I really need to solve this problem – so if any of you have the slightest idea of how to solve this problem, I would really appreciate all the help and advise I can get, on this one!?
Kind regards
Marie.May 9, 2017 at 12:36 pm #3238941) Change the WooCommerce images sizes here: WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display. You need to use this plugin to rebuild your thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
2) The filter only appears on the shop page you have set. Check what page you have set in WooCommerce > Products > Display > Shop page.
Thanks.
May 9, 2017 at 2:29 pm #323916Hi David
Thank you so much for your helpful reply – much appreciated 🙂
1) Will try to fix this problem, when I’m back home tomorrow, using your solution.
2) Regarding the filter option – Somehow I can’t find the “shop pages” using your advise -> WooCommerce > Products > Display > Shop page. Only thing I see is this (se attatched screen shot)??
I really hope we can solve this problem, because the filter options will be essential for our web shop.Kind regards

May 10, 2017 at 1:16 pm #324075Hi again Support
I can’t say I am satisfied – payed for the extra support – and what I get is not even close to solving my problems.
1) Regarding the resizing of the pictures (your recommendation : Change the WooCommerce images sizes here: WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display.) Only change the pixel resolution – and NOT the picture size ??
2) And regarding why the filter solution is gone for some reason, we don’t understand? – and the solutions you guy’s recommended didn’t work at all. Under shop style there is a “Standard 5 col. full with” which is the one we want for ou shop – BUT – it does NOT appear under – WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop page??
I will therefore ask you guy’s to please log in to our site and help fix these problems, since none of your advises have worked so far. The shop it the most important of our site and if we already face this kind of support problems, we probably never should have bought the theme and the extended support.
PS. This was exactly why we bought the extended support in the first place!!!Looking very much forward to hear from you and getting this problem fixed!!!
Kind regards
Marie Wengler.May 10, 2017 at 1:53 pm #324080Hi Marie,
Just to clarify, extended support should be purchased when your standard support duration of 6 months has expired. Extended support does not mean you get extra special services/priority.
Have you read over our documentation: http://swiftideas.com/documentation/.
I’d also recommend you read the WooCommerce documentation so you are more familiar on the WooCommerce plugin setup: https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/
1) When you say you want to change the picture size do you mean the column count of products shown? IE, 3 or 4 columns per line? If so, you can change the columns here Theme Options => WooCommerce => Shop Options.
2) If the page does not appear, you need to create the page it means it’s not created.
The URL has generated the page using a series of variables passed via the URL for demo purposes.
Create a new page, ex “Shop” and then set the column count in Theme Options => WooCommerce => Shop Options. You can then set this as your shop page in the WooCommerce settings WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop page
Thanks.
May 10, 2017 at 4:32 pm #324106Hi David / Support
THX for you quick reply.
First of all – when you guy’s call it “extended” support, the least I expect, is that you help us when we get stuck, like we are now. Maybe you should skip the “extended” part and just call it “access to a support forum” – just a thought. By the way, we have already payed for the “extended” support solution, we did that when we bought the theme, so the 6 month part I don’t quite understand – it somehow doesn’t feel quite right, to be honest?)
We have tried (for several hours) to solve the problem with the missing filter section, and used everything described in the documentation, plus in Woo Commerce, tried widgets, menus, theme options and pages – and nothing we have tried so far brings the filter section back to the mid section of the page, as a stationary filter bar (like it’s shown in the attached screen shot – and your demo page)
So we REALLY need you to login to our site – and – tell us how we get the filter section back to the mid section, as it is shown on your demo example / screen shot. Right now the only solution we are able to create, is one where the filter section appears to the left, which we do not want since it has to be stationary bar, not something you have to click on the lines, to find.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Kind regards

This is set by ThemeForest, not us. Extended support means, you extended your support forum access beyond the standard 6 months (ie, another 6 months) you get as part of your purchase on ThemeForest.
Regarding our response times, as per our support policy:
We aim to respond to all posts within 12 hours (Monday-Friday), but in some cases this may slip to 24-48 hours. We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue. We do also try our best to reply on weekends as often as possible.
Regarding your question about the missing filters, upon looking at your site admin I can see you have the option disabled:
This is the second option from the top in Theme Options => WooCommerce => Shop Options
