    Hi.
I’m having products visualisation in some browsers.
I think the problems are caused by the fade/alpha visualisation when the products appear.
Is there any way to disabled that effect?
    Please let me know.
    Thanks.
    luca.

    Hi,

Can you specify theses situations with some screenshots showing the problem? Also in what specific browser you are getting these issues.

Try also to clear the browser caches.

    Hi,

    1) You will need to update the theme version, then 2) update the plugin Swift Framework. This will resolve the issues.

Whilst you do this, please disable any caching plugins and then empty your browser cache.

    Hi Luca,

That screenshot from your customer seems a cache problem in his browser.
Tell him to clear the browser cache and try in a different browser.

It’s displaying fine for me in Safari 8

Please note that can also exist cache at a router level where your customers are accessing to the site.
If it’s displaying fine for me and in other browsers then definitely it’s a cache issue.

    Hi,

Regarding the zoom only in the 1st image that’s an identified issue that will be fix for the next update.

Regarding the images being blurry is because they are smaller than the respective dimensions that thy are being displayed.

You need to upload bigger images and regenerate the thumbnails using this plugin.
