Is there an admin setting to disable the expandable/accordion for the SPB rows or does it need to be modified with CSS? I’d like all the sections to be expanded.

Found the answer myself. In the row settings in Swift Page Builder you will see a section “Row Content Expand Options”, on/off toggle will appear there.
