Is it possible to disable the blog navigation bar that sits above each individual post on the single post page?

I was able to figure this out, I was hoping to do this by custom css but I needed to actually edit the php file.

The bar I was referring to is the nav bar above each posts content on the single post page that allows you to navigate between previous and next posts.
