Please visit the “Site/Page URL” twice to be able to bypass the splash page.

I am having two problems with the directory submission page here
    http://www.exercisesforsciatica.com/clinician-directory-submisison/

    I am using Google Chrome

    1) the generate coordinates button does not work. It simply does nothing, but coordinates are required for submission.

    2) upon submission, the page goes into a never-ending loading loop. It does in fact submit the listing for review, but the user who submits it has no way of knowing because it freezes with the pre-loading animation screen.

Please attempt to submit a listing as a visitor, and use the login provided to troubleshoot.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

There is nothing I can do to get past your splash page, please disable it whilst we look at your issue.

    Thanks,
    David.

Got it, we are investigating both issues and I will report back on this when we have an update.

    Cheers.

    Hi,

Issue 1) – This has been fixed for the next 1.6 version update.

Issue 2) – I am looking into this now.

    Thanks.

Looks like the generate coordinates issue has been resolved. thank you.

Have you had any luck recreating issue number 2. It appears to still be an issue on my site and am wondering if it’s till being looked at and troubleshooted.

    thanks!

    Hi,

Appologies on not getting back to you, this issue is not possible to replicate on my local version so it’s possible a 3rd party plugin or a child theme is causing this on your install. Please see the screenshot of how it should look – have you made any edits to the template?

    1) Can I disable your child theme?

    Thanks,
    David.
