Directory map and listing not showing

OK, thank you. How is it conflicting? Autopilot is part of my marketing automation, and removing this js will remove the connection. The curious thing is that the js has been there at least since may – and at some point when I started making the directory page it showed and then for some reason it suddenly turned into the present situation.

I have now tried to remove the JS – however, the map and entries does still not show + that it is not possible to push the search button. Please advise.

The custom JS mentions in the screenshot “Not include any script tags”, you have included multiple. Please test by remove all JS and test the page again.

Please – as it has now been several days, can we avoid wild goose chases? I now tried even this as you suggested + even temporarily removing all of the extra scripts. Same result.

Hi,

The map is powered by jQuery, it’s really important to eliminate any JS issues that cause the reported conflicts.

Likewise, it’s important to be sure no plugins are causing the issue. If I add a Map to the actual page, there are even more errors.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we help you further.

Hi. I tried deactivating every plug-in except those two – no different result. I am not too technical – and have now idea what to do now, and it is soon a week since I asked for support. I realize the fact that there is the possibility that something I have installed has caused this – but I can’t see what as I now have tried everything you have suggested so far. The last reply here took 3 days, so I have activated the plug ins again as I can not have the site not functioning properly for an unknown period of time.

Please help.

At the same time – why is this font an issue. I have installed 2 custom fonts – the Ogg (h1) is working perfectly and the SangBleu is not. Any idea??

Hi,

Apologies in the delay getting back to you. I have been testing this and the issue appears to be the map is not initiated to load if it is within a SPB Section.

I will assign this over to my colleague Rui who is working on the page builder currently. To resolve this you should be able to add the map to the page by simply not using a SPB Section.

No. I have tried this too. Do I have to wait another 2 days for a reply that will still not resolve my issue? Please, I need this to work, can you provide a tested functioning solution and not more hypothesis? Please

The page is not found now, where is the updated page?

As mentioned, if you add the map, not using a SPB Section that should resolve it as seen on your other test page. Please show me where you have tried this if that does not work either.

Please, feel free to create a new page and add a Directory Map and see for yourself – it is not working, neither the listing or the map. It shows “no result” even though there are several Directory listings and the Map is not showing at all.

I have also asked about fonts above – without any reply to this. Can you answer it here or do I need to open a new case for this.

Please – this is taking too much of both our times, I ask for an effort to solve this so we can move on, much better to spend 5 minutes on this on your side to help me and be finished rather than having this case going on for weeks and weeks making me gradually into a dissatisfied customer in the same time.
