    Hi guys,

I wanted to give different indentations for the categories and subcategories in the post categories sidebar widget but i noticed that they all have the same class and i need this to be dynamic so i can’t just use the number of the category to differentiate either.

Is there a way to assign a new class to subcategories so i can style them separately in the css?

    thanks!

    Hi

Are you referring to the default WordPress Categories widget?

    Hi Kyle,

Yes, I am using the default WordPress Categories widget, but if there is another way to do this, I am open to it.

    thanks.

    Hi,

Nevermind. Sorry for the stupid question! I did not notice that the ‘show hierarchy’ was not checked until now.

    thanks anyway!
