Differences on checkout page

I am experiencing some differences on the checkout page for the demo available at Themeforest and my own installation of the theme. In two areas actually. Number one area is the section where you can create a new account. Number two area is the payment box. See attached images below.

My installation is running WordPress 3.8.1, Woocommerce 2.1.3 and Neighborhood 1.66.

Create account section:

My installation – Only have one field. This is when I am logged out from the admin.

My installation – Looks very different from the demo. The Payment Header is also missing.

Please update to 1.67, we fixed these issues. If the problem persists, please check back and we will look into it for you.

When will 1.67 be available via WP Admin? Nothing shows up yet for theme updates.

These are changes that happened with WC2.1 – We’ve since updated the demo to reflect these changes.

We’ll be improving the styling with v1.67 (coming very soon).

You can improve the styling now with the following custom css:
