    If you have a new query, please start a new thread.

    1) Please ensure your Swift Framework plugin is version 2.0.3

    2) The color overlay is caused by your custom CSS, Theme Options => Custom CSS.

    Please remove this:

    figure.animated-overlay figcaption {
    background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9) !important;
}

    1)

    Please disable and then delete the plugin Swift Framework x.xx you have.

    Please then upload this zip file with the latest 2+ version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6m3i02uu6j21xol/swift-framework.zip?dl=0.

    2)

    Please install and run this plugin to regenerate your images: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Thanks for your reply!

    1) I tried to delete the plugin (wp->plugins->swift frameworks->delete) but it does not work.
    If I upload the new plugin it says the folder already exists. How can I delete it?

    2) “regenerate thumbnails” plugin is installed. Head of team member is still “cutted of”

    Upload the folder to wp-content/plugins and overwrite the old version

    1) Your shop page is not showing products becuase you a) have not set it as the shop page in WooCommerce settings or b) you have not added any Page Builder content: http://d.pr/i/GGSw.

    Please do a) and set the shop page in WooCommerce => Settings.

    2) Please send me the original image you are uploading.

    That’s very strange, can you please disable all plugins so only Woo & Swift Framework are active?
