Hi! I saw the post explaining about the demo upload content but nothing is working for me. Is there any way that someone can help me import the full site? I can send my login details to someone via email?

Yes – the internal importer.

What do you mean it did not work? Did you get any sort of error when trying to upload it?

Exactly – I’ve even tried uploading the individual broken out files that were in the theme package but each time it says “failed to upload” and then lists many files and pages.

It is likely down to your PHP Memory Limi

Thanks Kyle – I actually called my host and they said that my memory limit has been increased. I don’t get a time-out error or anything – and certain pages are added – just not all. Would you be able to take a look at it if I give you the login? Sorry for the trouble.

Hi, did you try uploading again after they said they increased it?

You can ask your hosting company for the error log to find out which error happened during the time you tried to upload it.

Hi Melanie – I had increased it before trying so it was always the right memory limit

Let us know what the error log says please! 🙂

what needs to be increased is the Maximum Upload File Size limit – ask them to temporarily make it 156MB and see if it works then.
