    i am trying to install the demo content but am getting a “504 Gateway Time-out” message during the import. I vaguely remember having this issue installing Neighborhood for another project. Do i need to adjust a setting with my host?

    Hi,

    This probably is related to your server settings. Probably the maximum time of script execution in your server is 30 seconds.

    Check with your hosting the current value and try to increase it at least to 60 seconds.

    We increased to 60 seconds and worked, though we are not sure if that was what helped, because we decided to import the items individually one at a time – and it worked. Thanks.
