    Hi,

    I would know if is it possible to delete some images to free some disk space.

    12 different thumbnails are generated for each product I load.

    All my product images are square. On front-end seems that only 1000×1000 (original size) and 700×700 are used. On back-end are used 150×150, 220×150, 300×300.

    The other generated sizes are:

    94×70
    120×120
    250×250
    600×450
    900×675
    1000×720
    1000×1000 (same size as the original file)

    Can these files (or some of them) be deleted or are they used somewhere else?

    Please let me know.

    Hi,

    You would need to use your FTP and manually delete those.

    This plugin maybe able to also help you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-cleanup/.

    The various image size are used in the the Atelier theme, however some sizes maybe created by plugins such as WooCommerce or past themes – before you delete anything create a backup.

    Hi,
    All of the image sizes are being used by theme at main shop page, product detail page, cart page, header cart area So no need to delete them.
