    how do i delete “about me” backgorund in main menu(only about me page)
    and how do i remove the padding betwin a menu item and his subitems

    Hi,

    Can you provide a screenshot of the “about me” background? Can’t see it.

    Regarding the padding, do you mean the distance between the main menu and the sub menu items? if you also can provide a mockup of how you want it too look, it will be easier to help.

    Add the code below to the custom css option inside the theme options.
    If necessary adjust that negative value.

    nav.std-menu ul.sub-menu, ul.mega-sub-menu {
    margin-top: -60px;
}
