decreasing line spacing on widget

i am using a widget in sidebar for product pages and wondering if there is a way to adjust the line spacing between the header. I am putting in raw code (not exactly sure if this is the correct way to do it). I would like to tighten up the space to make the overall page look better.
Attached are two screen shots explaining what i am looking to do. If this is standard html coding that i just don’t know, feel free to say that and i will contact a local programmer here – just hoping for an easy fix. Thanks -Frank
