Hi Mohammad, i’m sorry but i do not think that the sliders problem is really with the child theme. Seems more like something in Dante does not work when a child theme is enabled.

I removed all the customizations, i simply left an empty functions.php and the child theme with the theme data declarations and dante default style.css included.

But the problem is still there.
Can you please do a little test on your installation with a basic child theme?

The other day when I replied to your topic, I activate the parent theme and the slider worked fine.
A basic child theme installation is an empty functions.php and style.css that includes the parent style.

Try to do what I suggested than.

I already did it, and the problem is the same. This is why i think the problem is not withing my child theme.
I restored the normal child theme because my customer can see the website, but i tested with an empty child theme too. Can you please test it yourself too on another server maybe, on your local installation?

I did read all your replies before replying. But you never confirmed that you activate the parent theme and if the slider works or not with the parent theme.

Your website is down at the moment.

When it’s live again let me know, I will test it again with the parent theme and also with your child theme. Please backup everything first.

I did before, however i just made a backup, go ahead.

I tested it with the parent theme yesterday, yes it works. But i tested it too with a child theme with an empty functions.php and a style.css with only the parent theme style inclusion and it still does not work.

This make me think that the problem is that Dante miss loading some files when a child theme is active.

The server is online from 8am to 8pm from Monday to Friday, this is why you found it down.
You can go ahead.

Hi,

I tried with a clean child theme and it also didn’t work. So I deactivate all plugins and it worked.
I activate the plugins until found what was causing it.

The problem is this plugin YITH WooCommerce Ajax Navigation.
