    Help!?! The dashboard seems to have Dissapeared? I cannot edit my site. The only thing that shows is my profile and recent activity (months old). I have Very limited knowledge of website building and basically self taught, trial and error.

    I have not logged in months and wanted to edit, upon logging in the dashboard seems to be gone? When you click visit site, there is no pencil icon for the edit option there either?

    There was a message that said I did not have “admin rights” but I am the only admin. I am the only one who purchased the theme and on the website as well?

    I think that you lost administrator permission. Please provide me FTP login detail to check and resolve the issue.

    Not that I am aware of? I did give a company admin rights in the summertime to make edits during a rebuild. That’s the only thing I could think of. I emailed last night and am awaiting reply.

    I own the domain as well as the business and hosting is all in my name only.

    I do not know what FTP login is? Would that be through my host, Dreamhost?

    I need FTP login detail. Your hosting provider can give this detail to you. So get this detail from hosting provider.

    I have provided the FTP username and password. I would like to remedy this ASAP
    Here it is again.

    FTP information will be:
    hostname: skymaster.dreamhost.com
    ftp / Port 21
    username: soblisswp
    password: idontcare100%
