Hi,

Since the update I can’t get plugin to work and as I’m in touch with plugin developer he can’t find a fault in his code and was wondering if there is anything you could help us with? Basically when plugin is enabled every page that have plugin buttons on them is blank except header and menu but even the wordpress top admin bar is there but blank with no buttons on it. I’ve got the plugin disabled as we need website running through the day but I can enable it after 6pm GMT? Is there a way to go a version or two back on the theme maybe to see if that has any effect on it?

Hi,

I need you to enable the plugin, then open your wp-config.php file and enable the debug. To do this add this to wp-config.php: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

What errors do you get?

Hi,

After enabling debug mode and pasting extra line you mentioned I’m not getting anything I’m afraid, just same page with logo and top menu and that’s it.

Can you link me to a product where this happens, I assume you have the plugin disabled now?

I can enable it over night as we need website functional through the day. It’s on every page with the plugin buttons on it so one of them would be http://slvision.co.uk/camera-hire-london I will enable plugin after 6pm GMT.

Hi Raf,

I see just the blank page & no errors which is odd. Can you add your FTP details so I can take a look while the error is showing.

– What version of PHP is your host using?
– Can you ask your host for any error logs relating to this?
