    How can I remove the “About <authorname>” which appears below posts?

    I have tried all of the following Custom CSS variants, but none work:

    .author{
    display:none;
    }

    .related-items .author{
    display:none;
    }

    .post-info .author-name{ display: none; }.post-aux-wrap {
    display: none;
    }

    .standard-post-author {
    display: none;
    }

    .standard-post-author-name{
    display:none !important;
    }

    Hi,

    Can you provide us the url to that page? Can’t find your blog posts.

    Hi,

    Already saw the news page on the other topic.

    Add the code below to your custom css option.

    .author-bio {
      display: none;
    }

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks, this solved it!

    It would be nice if this would be added as a “theme option” in future versions of Dante.

    I would just like to add that it would be most useful to have a global option to turn off the author display and be able to turn ON the author display for specific pages.

    I have a situation where I’m pulling aggregate posts from other sources as well as writing some myself. The aggregate posts greatly out number my posts. It would be wonderful to be able to turn them all off and then activate only the posts i want to show my bio.

    Thanks!

    There is the option to include author info on each post. I will see if we can add in a default meta option for this so that you can disable it by default, then enable it on your posts.
