Dante – Blog styling questions

Hi,

We have a lot of text articles / research comments we need to list on our site. We were hoping to do this using posts / categories (unless you have an alternative suggestion?), but have run into a couple of issues. (I’ll attach screen grabs to illustrate)

1 – Is it possible to make the sidebar display the hierarchy of Parent / Child blog categories? At the moment they are all listed together alphabetically

2 – Can the pagination and ‘Posted in XXXXX’ links which appear at the top of each individual post be moved to below page content?

3 – Most of the articles are text heavy and have no imagery to act as thumbnails etc. As a result listing pages seem to have lots of areas of padding between each excerpt. I’m assuming this is where thumbnails would normally appear. Can it be reduced or removed?

Hi,

1- Already changed it to show a dropdown in hierarchy. In can do it Appearance-> widgets-> Sidebar one and edit the Categories Widget

2- Need more time to check this one. Will get you ASAP

Hi,
Please copy the single.php file from the current website’s dante theme directory and paste inside another website’s dante theme directory. Hope that should help to you.

After & Before articles
and the next line of Creator, link categories and comments
