Hi!

We have some problems with the customize colour tool. We made changes and then we click on “Save and publish”. Then when we wanna go out from this tool, appears a message like this: “you really want to quit? some changes may not be saved correctly” We click again on “Save and publish” and wait few minutes but always appears the same message.
Therefore, the color changes are not saved.

Hi

Try deactivating all of your plugins to see if that fixes the issue
